“The LeBrons,” an animated series from LeBron James’ production company Spring Hill Productions and Believe Entertainment Group, debuted its second season on Friday exclusively on Microsoft platforms across MSN, Xbox and Windows 8.
Geared toward young adults, the show focuses on family-friendly themes such as family, teamwork and giving back to the community. The show features various characters styled after LeBron James, including one smooth-talking character that’s voiced by the man himself. Thanks to a partnership with the U.S. Army, the second season also brings in a new character, Second Lieutenant Bryce, who will give voice to Army values like leadership, education and training.
The second season consists of seven episodes, with a new one premiering every Friday through June 21 across MSN Video and a dedicated hub on Xbox Video.
The second season of “The LeBrons” was previewed during Microsoft’s Newfront presentation to advertisers two weeks ago in New York City. The first season generated over 50 million views across the web.
