Rev New Media, a producer and publisher of entertainment and lifestyle content, is launching a new digital studio, Rev Studios, based in Hollywood, CA.
Rev Studios will produce an array of original online video content, which will be made available across RNM’s web properties, including Hollyscoop, ModaMob, and Stereotude, as well as newly launched sports humor site, The Fumble.
RNM original programming, which will encompass breaking entertainment news, celebrity interviews, lifestyle videos, and custom branded video content, will also be streamed via the company’s online video distribution outlets, including AOL On, Dailymotion, NDN, and YouTube. RNM is also behind “The Lowdown with Diana Madison,” a daily talk show that’s syndicated across AOL On and YouTube, featuring celebrity interviews and entertainment news coverage.
RNM says its online video assets combined reach 400 million monthly views on average. The company also plans to launch a new site, The Savory, covering food and cocktails, later this month.
RNM and Rev Studios will continue to produce the media company’s nationally-syndicated TV show, “Hollyscoop,” which is distributed across 48 states and averages 2 million viewers a week.
