LiveRail, a SF-based startup that specializes in video ad tech and services for the sell-side, has signed a bunch of new publishers to its platform. New clients include Maker Studios, A&E Mobile, CBS Local, Fox News, Conde Nast, Demand Media, Real Networks, Scripps, Univision, BET, Advance Digital, Terra Networks, and “four other major TV broadcasters,” which are onboarding right now. They join existing clients like CBS Interactive, MLB.com, and PBS.
In addition to the new accounts, LiveRail is reporting a successful 2013 as it preps for a potential IPO in 2014. The company says it has grown revenue by more than 300% year-over-year and anticipates a $100 million run-rate for Q4, 71% of which was transacted via real-time bidding — LiveRail’s bread-and-butter. The company expects to deliver 5 billion video ad impressions worldwide this month, which it says will account for 20% of all online video ads in the US.
LiveRail, which was founded in 2007, is consistently in the top five among comScore’s monthly rankings for top US video ad properties. In October, LiveRail was responsible for delivering over 2.5 billion video ads in the US.
