Ryan Seacrest is producing a live stream of the sold-out DigiFest NYC, a YouTuber concert and festival that is set to take place on Saturday, June 7.
Titled “The Best of DigiFest NYC,” the live stream will be comprised of performances from the festival’s main stage. It will air from 3pm to 11pm ET on Seacrest’s YouTube channel, which currently has more than 320,000 subscribers.
Performers scheduled to appear on the main stage include YouTube and Vine stars like Fifth Harmony, Ryan Beatty and O2L, in addition to Brent Rivera, Matt Espinosa, Nash Grier, and Cameron Dallas.
Coca-Cola is on board to sponsor the stream.
DigiFest NYC is a production of DigiTour Media, a media and events company that holds similar YouTube-centric concerts and festivals across the globe. The company held its first UK event in London last month. Other cities DigiTour plans to hit in 2014 include Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, and Toronto.
Last month, Seacrest invested in DigiTour Media alongside Advance Publications, the parent company of Conde Nast.
