Today, programmatic video advertising platform BrightRoll announced the appointment of Bruce Falck as the company’s chief operating officer. Falck’s new role marks the expansions of BrightRoll’s executive team, insofar as he will preside over daily operations and head sales, marketing, and business development.
Falck formerly worked at Google, heavily contributing to their programmatic business for a number of years before leading the global sales team at DoubleClick Digital Marketing.
“The programmatic revolution is well underway,” said Falck in a statement. “The industry has made incredible progress in the past five years and the best is yet to come — video is where programmatic will reach its true potential.”
BrightRoll also named Guy Yalif as the new VP of marketing. Yalif formerly headed global product marketing at Twitter. The video advertising platform also took on Mark Vranesh as the audit committee chair on its board of directors. Vranesh used to serve as the CFO of Zynga, and boasts over 25 years of industry experience.
