DigitasLBi has named Ronald Ng chief creative officer for North America.
In the role, Ng will lead creative teams across all six of the agency’s offices in North America. He will be based in New York and report to Tony Weisman, CEO of DigitasLBi North America, and work alongside Chris Clarke, who holds the same role for DigitasLBi International.
Ng comes to DigitasLBi from BBDO & Proximity in Singapore, where he also served as chief creative officer.
His appointment follows a series of executive moves at the agency. In December, DigitasLBi hired Scott Donaton to be its first ever chief content officer. The same month, longtime digital and social executive John McCarus also departed the agency. He has since taken a new role at Media General.
