Actress, author, and entrepreneur Tia Mowry is launching her first digital video brand -“Tia Mowry’s Quick Fix.” Created in partnership with digital media and entertainment company Kin Community, the new brand goes live today on YouTube with a digital series of the same name.
The Quick Fix brand focuses on solutions to ‘relatable’ mom problems. Everything from figuring out what to serve a picky eater to carving out ‘me time’ for moms to on-the-go beauty solutions when running late. New episodes will post each week to YouTube with additional distribution across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat.
“Everyone encounters dilemmas in their everyday lives that need a fast solution,” said Mowry in a press release. “As a busy mom, I wanted to create a fun short-form series that offered practical advice to anyone and everyone looking to make their lives a little easier.”
Thus far, “Tia Mowry’s Quick Fix” episodes include: “Sheet-pan Dinner” which demonstrates how to get dinner on the table fast with a quick and easy sheet pan meal; “Toy Chaos Fixed,” which follows Mowry as she manages toy chaos with her quick and easy “toy management solutions.”; and “3 Quick Fix Hairdos” where the actress shares three of her favorite hairdos to use when running late based on 3 looks she posted to Instagram that became “fan favorites.”
“Tia Mowry’s Quick Fix” is a produced by Kin Studios in conjunction with UTA. The series Executive Producer is Kin’s VP Programming, Beth Le Manach, who is also host of her own YouTube channel Entertaining with Beth. The series is shot on location in Los Angeles.
