Collective Digital Studio has nabbed FremantleMedia exec Michele Fino to be its new senior vice president of sales and branded entertainment. CDS says her appointment comes at a time when it expands its portfolio of “marketing integration services” for major brands. Her responsibilities will include overseeing all sales and branded entertainment efforts for CDS on the East Coast. Based in the company’s New York offices, she will report to CDS’ chief revenue officer, Alex Angeledes, beginning on June 24.
Most recently, Fino was the vice president of branded entertainment, North America, for FremantleMedia Enterprises. She was responsible for sponsorships tied to the company’s television properties, including “American Idol” and “X Factor,” and digital content.
CDS manages more than 150 YouTube channels, generating over 200 million views a month. The MCN is prepping the second season launch of “Video Game High School” from co-creators Freddie Wong and Matt Arnold.
