For a brief period of time, the third season of “House of Cards” was available on Netflix, more than two weeks before it was supposed to premiere.
Netflix has since taken down the 10 episodes that were available. The third season, like the first two, is expected to run for 13 episodes. A quick glance at episode descriptions show a season — spoiler alert? — in which Frank Underwood’s presidency gets off to a rocky start, and eventually leads to a some sort of conflict with Russia. (BuzzFeed has some screenshots of episode descriptions if you’re really interested.)
The third season will officially premiere on February 27.
