The Bluth clan might be coming back to Netflix for 17 more episodes.
That’s according to producer Brian Grazer, who during a video/podcast interview with ESPN’s Bill Simmons said that the show is indeed coming back. “We’re going to do another 17 episodes. So, stay tuned for ‘Arrested Development,’” Grazer said.
Of course, we’ve heard this before. Both Netflix chief content officer Ted Sarandos and “Arrested Development” creator Mitch Hurwitz have previously gone on the record to say that they’d like to do another season of the series, which Netflix revived in 2013. With Grazer saying that “Arrested Development” is coming back, and naming a specific order of episodes, it certainly pushes the possibility of a fifth season closer to reality. Netflix declined to comment on the producer’s comments.
